Results of 12th Coonamble Production Ram Sale held Wednesday 14th September 2016

The 12th Coonamble   Production Sale attracted a good crowd with more than 20 buyers registered from all parts of NSW, VIC and WA. It was very pleasing to see new and return buyers in the crowd. The sale went ahead despite the very wet conditions surrounding the event.

Results of 2nd Southern Production Ram Sale held Thursday 8th October 2015

The 2nd Southern Production Sale held for the first time at Caroonboon Station attracted a good crowd with  buyers registered from NSW, VIC and WA. The sale was a great result for the first on property sale at Caroonboon Station. Again great to have commerical and studbuyers in the purchasing crowd.

Comment.

Stud principal Bill Pye said the sale result was "gratifying". " It's a great result, cosidering it is the first year we have sold rams under the Uardry prefix. and it the sale showed renewed confidence in the sheep industry" said Bill.

Comment:

The first Top Priced Ram Lot 34 was by the Uardry sire UD08 0270 out of a Ian Hanna bred ewe with an ASBV of 131.19.

The second Top Priced Ram Lot 143 was by the Calga sire CA10 3126 out a 2010 Calga ewe with an ASBV of 142.18.

Rams were sold to buyers from Victoria, Western Australia, South Australia and New South Wales
